If one knows that Carlin is not using bad language to impress us but to shake us wide awake, then we'll understand how great a stand-up comedian he is. His purpose is always utterly serious, never mind the laughter.

lolz....George brilliantly grills capitalist forces using comedy recommending various forms of extremely violent capital punishments as punishment. I think he hates capitalism; thinks of it as an evil pitted against human societies promoting equality by dividing them into extreme poverty stricken and the filty rich.

Sorry Aftab. Somehow I missed out on your last posting on politicians and their fuzzy-wuzzy use of language. Listened to it today finally and found it as armour-plated in its reasoning as most things Carlin presented. If US ever had a great man, it was indeed our George.
